Main Line Relationship Center, LLC (“MLRC” or “the practice”) operates mainlinerc.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, how MLRC uses it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers mainlinerc.com only. If you become a client, your clinical records are handled separately, under the privacy practices provided when services begin.
This website is not for emergencies
If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911. Messages sent through this site are not monitored around the clock.
What the site collects
Information you choose to send. When you use the contact form, MLRC receives your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. Please don’t include health details. A short note about what you’re looking for is enough.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use it. These tools may record things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your general location, and how you arrived at the site. Your IP address is also logged for security.
How MLRC uses it
- To reply to your message and schedule a consultation
- To understand which pages are helpful and improve the site
- To keep the site secure and block spam
MLRC doesn’t sell your information or use it to build advertising profiles.
Sending a message doesn’t make you a client or start a therapy relationship.

Who sees your information
Contact form messages are read only by MLRC. The services above process information only to provide their service to MLRC. MLRC may share information if the law requires it.
How long it’s kept
Contact form messages are stored on the website so none are missed, and are deleted periodically. Visit data is kept according to each tool’s settings.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- You can ask MLRC what information it holds from your messages, or ask that it be deleted.
Links to other sites
This site links to other sites, including the practice’s secure client portal, social media and directories. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and MLRC doesn’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
